Dorset and Guernsey Flower Clubs

At Parkstone we are a very friendly group who all love flowers and flower arranging.

During the year we hold meetings with NAFAS demonstrators who create beautiful inspirational floral designs after which the floral arrangements are raffled. We also hold competitions for members and also participate in floral displays for our local  community.  At the end of the meeting, refreshments are available so that members can mix and mingle socially.

Occasionally, we hold workshops where members have the opportunity to learn new techniques in flower arranging from an Area Demonstrator or Teacher, and they have a hands on learning experience creating their own flower arrangements.

Other events during the year include our AGM, a social outing, fund raising events.  In 2022 it was a special year and we celebrated our 70^th anniversary.
